The copyright date on the page is 2004, but I’m not sure if that’s when the interview was done.  It gives Frank’s age as 30.  So if you know his age now, or his date of birth, do the math.

Since it has MC2 in the file name, I’m assuming it will be some kind of promotional video for Mass Control 2.0.
